Description
The Bolink Large Cap connects the Bolee Bag to your feeding tube or low-profile extension set. For best results use a bolus extension set with straight connector.
The Bolink Large Cap set features the ENFit secure connection so you don’t have to worry about the set disconnecting from the feeding tube or low-profile extension set when you squeeze. If your feeding tube or low-profile extension set doesn’t have an ENFit connector, you will need an ENFit adapter.
Each Bolink Large Cap is individually packaged for easy storage and transportation. Rinse with tap water between uses and replace each day with a new device.
The Bolink Large Cap has been approved for reimbursement under HCPCS code B4036 or S9341 as part of the Enteral Feeding Kit – Gravity Fed, if it is supplied by a DME or home infusion company.

Indications for Use
Bolink Enteral Feeding Sets are intended for over-the-counter use to deliver liquid nutritional formulas or water to a patient's enteral access device (feeding tube or extension set).
Warnings
• For enteral feeding only. • This device incorporates an ENFit Connector which is designed to reduce the likelihood of tubing misconnections; however, the potential to misconnect this device with connectors of other healthcare applications still exists. • Small parts are a potential choking hazard if this device is not used as intended. Use under adult supervision. • Do not use with non-collapsible food containers.
Precautions
• This device should be discarded after 24 hours and replaced with a new device. • For single patient use only.

Not made with natural latex rubber or latex. Not formulated with DEHP or BPA.
