Bolink Small cap

The Bolink Small Cap direct connects food pouches with a spout to feeding tubes or extension sets.

The ENFit secure feeding tube connection is used so you don’t have to worry about accidentally disconnecting or leaking from the feeding tube when you squeeze the pouch.

Rinse the Bolink Small Cap under tap water and air dry between uses.

The Bolink Small Cap has been approved for reimbursement if it is supplied by a DME or home infusion company under HCPCS code B4036 or S9341 as part of the Enteral Feeding Kit – Gravity Fed.
